CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.
For orders under $50, full payment is due when sketch is confirmed.
For orders over $50, half payment is due when sketch is confirmed, and the rest must be paid before the final product is handed over.
I am not responsible for loss of product after it has been delivered.
Upon request, I will refrain from sharing the final piece on my socials, otherwise I will post it to tumblr and bsky when it is complete.
The customer can request revisions during the sketch phase.
The customer can request reasonable edits during later phases (I.E eye color change)
The customer can request a cancellation if I have not made it past the sketch phase (or have not started at all)
My art cannot be used for commercial purposes without paying an additional fee.
I have the right to refuse any request without an explanation.
The customer does not hold the right to use the art in any blockchain-related technology, uncluding NFTs, crypto, or any future things in this space.
The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology
Stardew Valley orders can be used in mods not created by me, as long as you give credit.
TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: January 19th, 2026This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount after the sketch is confirmed for all orders of value equal to or lower than $50 USD
2. On orders above $50 USD, the customer agrees to pay half of the amount when the sketch is confirmed. The other half is to be paid before the final product is delivered.PRODUCT DELIVERY
3. The customer agrees that the product will be delivered digitally. The product will be uploaded to google drive, as well as sent to the provided contact infortmation.
4. If physical delivery has been agreed upon, the customer is responsible for any additional costs, such as postal or printing fees.
5. Upon delivery, the customer is responsible to store the product safely. The seller is not responsible for loss of the product after delivery.REVISIONS
6. The customer has the right to request revisions during the sketching phase, but the order may be cancelled if too many revisions are requested.
7. The customer has the right to request minor edits during later phases, such as eye color changes, color tweaks, physical details the seller missed, etc., but major edits are not allowed past the starting phase.
7b. If the seller is responsible for a major mistake, such as completely missing an important feature of the character(s), edits to that mistake WILL be allowed.
8. Sudden changes to the order will need to be agreed upon, and will increase the price of the order.REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
9. The customer is allowed to request a refund if the seller has not yet made it past the sketch phase, or has not started at all.
10. The seller is allowed to cancel and refund the order at any time without an explanation to the customer.
11. The customer is obliged to contact the seller within a timely manner about any changes, comments, or concerns. Lack of timely response will be taken as approval for progress.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
12. The product received by the customer is for personal use only. The customer is not permitted to use the product for any commercial purposes unless it has been agreed upon by the seller, and an additional commercial fee has been paid, but even then the product cannot be used for mass production.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.STARDEW VALLEY MODS
13. The customer is permitted to use the product for mods not created by the seller, so long as proper credit is given to the seller.
14. The customer is allowed to make small changes to the product, such as adding seasonal outfits or alternate versions of the product.
15. The customer is allowed to add to mods created by the seller, such as adding new dialogue, schedules, events, or other content.
16. The customer is allowed to request bug fixes from the seller, so long as it was a bug left by the seller and not something added by another party.
17. The seller will not add any additional content to the mod other than what was agreed upon. Any other additions will require an additional fee.
18. All other policies apply to Stardew Valley commissions.
